This includes two 60-minute phone sessions and two biweekly packages that include the following: a sand timer, a writing/drawing journal, writing/painting/drawing tools, a field guide, a small musical instrument, a magnifying glass, two books, two albums (choose between records, CD’s, or tapes), prompt cards, original art, a reset bell, two scent tinctures, two edible ingredients, two plantables, two ephemeral surprises, and two hand-written letters.
