Periphery is a somatic, sensory-based practice designed to support attention, regulation, and creative rhythm in a tech-saturated world.
Through workshops, one-on-one sessions, curated packages, and ongoing prompts, Periphery supports reconnection with body, creativity, community, and the more-than-human natural world.
This is a collaborative, self-led space to notice more, move at your own pace, and come back into relationship right where you are.
